Filing Your Taxes

Our federal tax forms are now available to the public. However, we have not yet received our shipment of Ohio tax forms. We have heard these may not be available until February so we will put them out as soon as we get them. Tax forms will be located on the table as you enter the library.

Any form that we do not have on hand can be downloaded from the Internet at a cost of $.10/page. Library staff can help you with downloading forms, but staff is not able to advise you on the specific form that you need. Library staff is not qualified nor will we offer any tax advice whatsoever.

A site to help you with free electronic filing of your federal tax return. You will also be able to file your state return for free from some of the free federal filing sites. However, some sites allow you to file a free federal return but will charge for a state return so be sure to read all the information first. You can always file a free state return separately by going to the Ohio state site below.
