The library has two rooms that the public may reserve for use.
Small Meeting Room
Our small meeting room can accommodate 4-5 persons. The room provides wired or wireless Internet, table with 4 chairs, and an erasable white board. The room is available on a walk-in basis but can also be reserved by calling the library.
Erie J. Sauder Community Room
The community room is available for use by the general public residing in the Archbold Area School District, or by organizations which have members or associated persons residing in the School District. Library programming in the community room always takes precedence over the availability of the room to the public. To check availability for a certain day and time, you may view the library's calendar or call the library at 419-446-2783.The room must be scheduled in advance and may be used after library hours. Please refer to our Meeting Room Policy for complete information.
