Registration for the Summer Reading Program will look a little different this year.
Register for programs began Thursday, May 1st at 9:30 am. With the exception of our Kickoff Party on June 12th at Ruihley Park, registration is required for all programs. Registration for programs will run through May 31st or when registration is capped, whichever happens first.
Check out this year's program offerings on our calendar.
While the reading goals portion of Summer Reading mainly targets school-age children finishing grades K-12, programs exist for children of all ages. There are programs for preschoolers and their caregivers, students finishing grades K-3, Tweens finishing grades 4-6, and teens finishing grades 7-12.
Registration to track students' reading goals will begin on May 14th. Students will record the number of minutes they read and prizes will be awarded the week of July 28th.
If you run into any problems registering for programs, please call the Library at 419-446-2783 and we will double check your registration for you.
