Learn more about LEGO Club!

The first Tuesday of the month from February through April is for grades K-5 this spring and winter. We will meet at 3:30 at the Boy Scout Building at Ruihley Park, due to construction of our early literacy center at the library!

More than just playing with Legos, kids will join our children's librarian, Ms. Martie, and staff in the Boy Scout building of Ruihley Park once a month for a Lego challenge. Kids can work as individuals or on small teams. Within an hour, kids will build something according to the challenge of the month and test it. Ms. Martie will take pictures of the creations for social media!

One example of a past challenge: bridge-building. "Build a bridge tall enough that a toy stock car could drive underneath without hitting the roof. The bridge should be wide enough that the same toy car could drive across it, and the bridge should be sturdy enough to hold the weight of one tin can."

Registration is required. Sign up by calling or visiting the library or sign up online at https://archboldlibrary.evanced.info/signup/calendar
